Practice Case Sharing ▏iSoftStone Facilitates Faster Intelligence-oriented Transformation of Group Assets through Joint Innovation

On November 11, hosted by Huawei, the Huawei Technology Service Partners Conference 2021 & GDE Global Developer Challenge, with the theme of “Digital Intelligent Innovation, Win-win future” was successfully held in Dongguan.The event gathered industrial leaders, elites, technical masters, partners and developers to share technology evolution, outstanding cases and commercial outputs around operator software, 5G ToB, process automation and SaaS. The event aimed to promote cooperative innovation and assets co-development and sharing, and drive digitalization & intelligence of clients in the industry. 

iSoftStone was invited to the event for its outstanding digital capacity and excellent practice cases in the PRA field. iSoftStone CTO Liu Huifu attended the event and delivered a keynote speech of “Asset Management Solutions + RPA +AI+ADC for Central or State-owned Enterprises”; meanwhile, iSoftStone won the 2021 Best RPA Commercial Contribution Award, GTS Business Partner Award and Outstanding Teamwork Award.

As Huawei’s RPA core service provider, iSoftStone summarized five elements for enterprise intelligence-oriented transformation based on its digital practices to realize automation-driven intelligence. The intelligence route “Triangle of Intelligence” becomes an important methodology to drive the intelligence-oriented transformation of enterprises: the project implementation shall abide by three principles of high-frequency rigid demand scenarios, rapid user experience and easily quantized investment return, and realize end-to-end intelligent reconstruction of organization and process in aspects of process intelligence, data intelligence and contextual intelligence.

At present, iSoftStone and Huawei, under the guidance of aforesaid methodology, promoted and duplicated the successful experience to industrial clients such as in finance with joint innovation mode, and drove commercialized transformation of PRA technology. Based on iSoftStone’s core product - group asset management solution, both parties jointly created products and solutions including RPA asset joint solution, common financial field automation solution and AI edge cloud server, and have jointly enabled 10+ clients in the finance field, covering 100+ RPA automation scenes.

The group asset management solution mainly helps medium and large-scale enterprises to establish a group asset management service system, and realize multi-bank accounts management on one unified platform. As a key product for the treasury management market, it could meet needs of the group head office fund management module and sub-center asset management mode, and realize operating fund management, crowdfunding management and investment management of enterprises. With the help of RPA+AI+ADC, the Caizitong SaaS product for treasury management of a growth-type enterprise, and treasury management T6 Cloud product for medium and large-scale enterprises are derived, both of which could easily realize fund balance regulation, fund weekly report, non-direct-connected e-bank transaction inquiry, receipt automatic printing functions, greatly improve account management efficiency and quality of group-type enterprises, and better meet demands of clients.
